Today the State of Arizona now has a specific provision in the State's Notary Handbook that allows for an Inmate Identification Card or Any form of Inmate Identification in order to properly and sufficiently identify an inmate.

An Advance Healthcare Directive (also called a living will or healthcare power of attorney) lets a person outline their medical care preferences and appoint someone to make decisions for them if they are unable to communicate.
